Access to financials by shareholders

Mr. Tarr moves to amend the bill by inserting at the end thereof the following new section:-

"SECTION_. Section 22 of Chapter 155 as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition by inserting in line 9 after the word "each" the following-accounting records, and any other books and records provided the shareholder's demand is made in good faith and for a proper purpose"
