Redraft Amendment 2

Workers' compensation fraud

Mr. Tarr moves to amend the bill in section 3, by striking out, in line 9, the words “claims filed” and by inserting in place thereof the following words:-“personal injuries occurring”; and

by inserting after section 2 the following section:-

"SECTION 2A. Item 0810-0399 of section 2 of chapter 46 of the acts of 2015 is hereby amended by inserting after the words “by law” the following words:- “and those who may seek to defraud the system”.
