Discouraging stigma in reporting health information

Mr. Keenan moves to amend the bill in section 4, in proposed subsection (f) of section 6 of chapter 15D of the General Laws, by adding the following sentence:- “The department shall issue guidelines for placement agencies on the release of relevant and accurate information relative to a child’s mental, emotional and behavioral health.”
