Mr. Keenan moves to amend the bill by inserting after the word “parents” in line 32 the words:- “; provided, that said list shall be developed, distributed to placement agencies, and periodically updated by the department, and the department shall take steps to ensure the quality and integrity of the agencies to which the list refers”
