Mr. Tarr moves to amend the bill by inserting in line 45 after the word "section" the following:-"(d) Any entity contracted by a city, town, regional school district, vocational school district, or charter school to provide sexual health education and child exploitation education as shall have to be certified by the department and undergo yearly certification and training using digital means, and or in a classroom setting."
