Small Retailers as Collection Points - II

Mr. Keenan, Ms. O'Connor Ives and Mr. Ross move to amend the bill by inserting after the word “regulations” in line 132 the following:- “, but no retailer shall be required by a producer to participate as a collection point as a condition of the retailer’s business relationship with the producer”
