Effective Dates

Messrs. Tarr and Ross move to amend the bill in Section 2, by striking the figure "2016" and inserting in place thereof the figure "2017"; and further moves to amend the bill, in section 3, by striking the figure "2017" and inserting in place thereof the figure "2018"; and further moves to amend the bill, in section 4, by striking the figure "2016" and inserting in place thereof the figure "2017".
