Clarifying Terms

Mr. Keenan moves to amend the bill by striking the words “compel a student or applicant, as a condition of acceptance or participation” in line 21 and inserting in place thereof the words:- “compel an applicant as a condition of acceptance, or a student as a condition of participation”

and further by striking the words “compel an employee or applicant, as a condition of employment or consideration for employment” in lines 141 and 142 and inserting in place thereof the words:- “compel a prospective employee as a condition of consideration for employment, or an employee as a condition of employment”
