Adequate Public Comment Period

Messrs. Tarr and Ross move to amend the bill moves to amend the bill by striking in line 245 "180 days after the effective date of this act" and inserting in place there of the following words:- "18 months after the effective date of this act so that there may be sufficient time for an adequate public comment period"
