Coastal Community Representation

Mr. Tarr moves to amend the bill in section 6, by striking out, in line 96 the figure “17” and inserting in place thereof the following figure :- “18”; and

in said section 6, in line 108, by inserting after the word “resources,”, the following words: - “1 of whom shall be a property owner in a coastal community.”
