Navigation Device

Mr. Tarr moves to amend the bill in Section 3, in subsection (a), by adding the following after the word vehicle in line 14:-

“, provided however, that a navigation device shall not be used unless the person is using the device in a hands-free mode, and shall not touch or hold said device while operating a motor vehicle except to activate, deactivate, or initiate a feature or function."
