Workforce Competitiveness Trust Fund

Messrs. Donnelly and Keenan move to amend the amendment by inserting in section 2, the following item:

"7002-1074 For the Workforce Competitiveness Trust Fund established in section 2WWW of chapter 29 of the General Laws; provided, that not less than $1,000,000 shall be transferred to the department of higher education to develop, implement and promote stackable credentials programs at public higher education institutions as required by section 15G of chapter 15A of the General Laws.......................$2,500,000"
