Greater Flexibility in Amortization Period

Messrs. Keenan and Joyce and Ms. Lovely move to amend the amendment in section 43 by striking the words “fiscal years, 2016 and 2017” in line 350 and inserting in place thereof the words:- “5 fiscal years, 2016 through 2020”
