Simulcasting Premiums

Mr. Kennedy moves to amend the amendment SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the dog racing meeting licensee in Suffolk County and the dog racing meeting licensees in Bristol County shall not be required to pay the running horse racing meeting licensee in Suffolk county the 3 per cent premium with respect to interstate running horse simulcasts received otherwise required by section 2 of chapter 128C of the General Laws.

SECTION 2. Section 1 shall take effect upon its passage.
