Provision of records in electronic format

Messrs. Keenan and Joyce move to amend the amendment in section 7,  in subsection (d) of proposed section 6A of chapter 66 of the General Laws, by striking out the first sentence and inserting in place thereof the following sentence:- “The records access officer shall provide the public records to a requestor by electronic means unless the record is not available in electronic form or the requestor does not have the ability to receive or access the records in a usable electronic form.”
