Approval of hourly rate charged by agencies

Mr. Keenan moves to amend the amendment by striking the words "the fee shall not be more than $25 per hour and an agency shall not charge for the first 4 hours of work performed. An agency shall not charge for time spent segregating or redacting unless such segregation or redaction is required by law or approved by the supervisor of records under clause (iv);" in lines 166 through 169, and inserting in place thereof the following:-  "the agency shall not charge more than $25 per hour unless such rate is approved by the supervisor of records under clause (iv); provided, however, that an agency shall not charge for the first 4 hours of work performed or time spent segregating or redacting unless such segregation or redaction is required by law or approved by the supervisor of records under clause (iv);"
