Adding “homeowner's insurance rate filings” to the definition of “public records”

Messrs. Barrett and Wolf move to amend the amendment by inserting the following section:-

“SECTION XX.  Clause Twenty-sixth of section 7 of chapter 4 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, in line 148, after the word “tabulations”, the following words:- homeowner’s insurance rate filings and supporting information, as referenced in section 6 of chapter 174A and section 6 of chapter 175A, at the time they are filed and thereafter,.”
