Ms. O'Connor Ives moves to amend the amendment that the bill be amended in section 8, line 225 by adding the following:-

"If an agency or municipality has not complied within 30 days of receipt of the supervisors order, a fifty dollar penalty shall accrue daily until compliance by custodian."
