Requiring homeowner’s insurance rate filings to be posted online

Messrs. Barrett and Wolf move to amend the amendment in section 9 by striking out, in line 330, the words “and (x)”, and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “(x) within three business days after filing, homeowner’s insurance rate filings and supporting information, as referenced in section 6 of chapter 174A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, and section 6 of chapter 175A of the General Laws, as so appearing; and (xi)”.
