Evidentiary hearings before arbitration

Mr. Tarr moves to amend the bill by inserting at the end thereof the following new section:-

Section__.  Section 2 of Chapter 251 of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding the following new section:-

(f) An action or proceeding involving an issue subject to arbitration shall require an expedited evidentiary hearing on a dispute as to a material fact before the action or proceeding may continue to arbitration.
