Ms. Jehlen moves to amend the bill in Section 1, by striking out, beginning in line 5, the words “criminal offender record information as found in the court activity record information from the department of criminal justice information services” and inserting in place thereof the following:- “information on the sex offender internet database created by section 178D of this chapter”;

and by striking out, in line 11, the words “criminal offender record information” and inserting in place thereof the following:- “information from the sex offender internet database”.
