Amendment #1 to S2165

An amendment to correct the legal name of the honoree in the title and the text

Mr. Dooley of Norfolk moves to amend the bill Mr. Dooley of Norfolk moves to amend Senate, No. 2165 by striking out, in lines 3 and 4, the word “Michael” and inserting in place thereof, in each instance, the word “Mike”; and by striking out the title and inserting in place thereof the following title:-

“An Act designating a certain intersection in the town of Plainville as the Special Police Officer Mike O. Maher Memorial Intersection.”.
