Retirement Clarification

Mr. Humason moves to amend the bill by striking out the third and fourth sentences and inserting in place thereof the following sentence:- “No further deductions shall be made from the regular compensation of David A. Ricardi under said chapter 32 for service subsequent to September 19, 2016 and upon retirement David A. Ricardi shall receive a superannuation retirement allowance equal to that to which he would have been entitled had he retired on September 19, 2016.”
