Messrs. Pacheco and Lewis move to amend the bill in line 16 by inserting after "New England Water Works Association, Inc. or a designee;" the following:  "one representative of a community based safety organization; three representatives of organized labor submitted by the President of the Massachusetts AFL-CIO;"
