Corrective Amendment to the Lis Pendens Statute

Ms. Donoghue moves to amend the amendment by inserting at the end thereof the following new section:-

SECTION XX.  Section 15 of chapter 185 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 1, the word ‘wit’ and inserting in place thereof the following word:-

‘writ’
