Mr. Downing moves to amend the amendment in Section 2A, in item 1599-8910, by inserting at the end thereof the following:- provided that not less than $242,000 shall be expended for the Complete Energy Project by the Berkshire County Sheriff’s Office; provided further that not less than $353,000 shall be expended to meet the fiscal year 2016 costs of salary adjustments authorized by collective bargaining agreements with the Berkshire County Sheriff’s Office.
