Ms. Flanagan and Ms. L'Italien move to amend the bill in Section 41 by striking the number “7” in line 417 and inserting in place thereof the following:-"9".

And further moves to amend the bill by striking in line 428 the following:- “or any successor data collection and tracking system”.
