Coordinated start times

Ms. Flanagan and Ms. L'Italien move to amend the bill in section 86 by striking out in lines 1015 and 1018 the words;- “ The school district shall be responsible for the cost of the transportation unless the school district and the charter school do not reach agreement on the start time of the charter school’s day, then the school district shall be responsible for 50 per cent of the charter school’s transportation costs;” and inserting in place there of the following “The school district and the charter school shall be required coordinate the start time of the school district and charter school’s day.  The school district shall be responsible for 50 per cent of the charter school’s transportation costs;”.
