Charter school data reporting

Mr. Lewis and Ms. Lovely move to amend the bill by inserting after section 5 the following section:-

“SECTION 5A. The ninth paragraph of section 1I of said chapter 69 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 101 and 102, the words “(a) an analysis of student and subgroup achievement gaps in core subjects;” and inserting in place thereof the following clause:-

(a) an analysis of student and subgroup achievement gaps, including English language learners and students receiving special education.”
