Local Secondary Raw Metals Ordinances

Mr. Keenan moves to amend the amendment by inserting at the end of the proposed chapter 140B ½ the following new section:-

"Section __. In addition to the provisions of this chapter, any local ordinances pertaining to secondary raw metals dealing in effect prior to the effective date of this chapter, consistent with and that may exceed the requirements established under this chapter, may remain in effect notwithstanding implementation of this chapter."
