Technical Amendment

Mr. Downing moves to amend the bill in section 1, by inserting after the word “Barnaby,”, in line 2, the following words:- “a retired”; and

in said section 1, by striking out, in line 2, the words “continue to serve in such” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “be reinstated to that”; and

in said section 1, by striking out, in line 3, the word “retirement” and inserting in place thereof the following word:- “resignation”.
