Evidence of Violation

Ms. Donoghue moves to amend the bill in section 1, in subsection (f), by adding the following sentence:- "A retailer shall only be liable under this subsection if the retailer knew or should have known that a covered product was sold with a chemical flam retardant prohibited by subsection (b)."
