Clarification of Land Area

Mr. Donnelly moves to amend the bill by adding at the end thereof the following new section:-

SECTION XX. Section 20 of Chapter 40B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “authority”, in line 42, the following words:- , or privately owned deed-restricted cemetery land
