Multi-Family Housing

Ms. Forry moves to amend the bill in section 6, by striking out, in line 195, the words “and (iii) be in eligible locations” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “(iii) be in eligible locations; and (iv) accommodate a reasonable share of the regional need for multi-family housing.”.
