Minimum size for developments subject to inclusionary zoning

Ms. Donoghue moves to amend the bill in SECTION 21, in proposed section 9F of chapter 40A, by inserting the following subsection:-

"(g) The ordinance or by-law shall apply only to developments containing 12 or more housing units."
