Occupancy of accessory dwelling units

Ms. Donoghue moves to amend the bill in SECTION 5, in line 158, by striking out the word "may" and inserting in place thereof the following word:- "shall" and further amended, in SECTION 5, by inserting after the second sentence of the second paragraph the following sentence:-"Only the owner or a member of the owner's family shall occupy an accessory dwelling unit."
