Multi-family Density

Ms. Creem moves to amend the bill in section 6 by striking the definition of “Multi-family housing” in lines 183-184 and inserting in place thereof the following: 

“Multi-family housing”, a building with 3 or more residential dwelling units or 2 or more buildings on the same lot with more than 1 residential dwelling unit in each building.

and said section is further amended in line 188 by inserting after the words “as of right” the following:- “, which may include business, commercial or mixed use zones in eligible locations”

and said section is further amended in line 191 by striking the figure “15” and inserting in place thereof the figure “14”.
