Relative to amending Master Plan proposals

Ms. Creem moves to amend the bill in section 25 by inserting in line 742 after the words “of the plan” the following words:- “ ,including any vote of the legislative body to alter the plan or amendment as proposed by the planning board,”

And to further amend the bill by striking in lines 743 and 744 the following words:-  “provided , however, that no vote of the legislative body to alter the plan or amendment as proposed by the planning board shall be other than by 2/3 majority”
