Zoning District Permitted By Right

Mr. Tarr moves to amend the bill by striking out the second sentence of clause 2 of section 6 on line 209 and inserting in place thereof the following sentence:—

"These ordinances or by-laws shall provide that open space residential developments shall be allowed either in a specific district within that district or in multiple districts through overlay zoning, provided further, that  open space residential developments shall be permitted by right in any zoning district where conventional subdivision design is permitted."
