Natural Person

Ms. Forry moves to amend the bill in section 2, by inserting after the word “consideration”, in line 5, the following words:- “in excess of a $1 service charge”; and

in said section 2, by striking out, in line 6, the words “payable to a natural person in excess of a $1 service charge”.
