Redraft Amendment 3

Money Orders

Ms. Forry and Mr. Montigny move to amend the bill in section 2, in proposed clause (iii) in proposed section 14 of chapter 169A, by inserting after the word “less”, in line 12, the following words:- “or a money order” ; and in said section 2, in proposed clause (vi) in proposed section 14 of chapter 169A, by striking out, in line 16, the words “, drafts or money orders” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “or drafts”.
