An Amendment to Preserve the Practices of Animal Control Officers

Mr. Dooley of Norfolk moves to amend the bill moves to amend the bill in section 7, in  item X, in line 36, by inserting after "criminal disposition of a violation"  the following: ", if an animal control officer contacted by either of these agencies in response to a violation of this section is unresponsive or unavailable”.
