Fair Consumer Warranty Program

Messrs. McGee and OConnor move to amend the bill in section 2, by striking out, in line 119, the word “or”; and in said section 2, by inserting after the word “animal”, in line 123, the following words:- “; or (iv) return the animal to the seller for treatment by a veterinarian of the seller’s choice at no cost to the buyer; provided, however, that the animal shall be returned to the buyer when the animal’s health is cleared by the veterinarian”; and  

in said section 2, by striking out, in line 142, the figure “10” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “30”.
