Corrective Amendment

Ms. Spilka moves to amend the bill in section 1, by striking out, in line 1, the word “Chapter” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “SECTION 1.  Chapter”; and

in section 2, by inserting after the word “of”, in line 172, the first time it appears, the following words:- “the department,”.
