Suspension for misuse of driver certificate

Ms. Donoghue moves to amend the amendment in section 3, by inserting after the word “year”, in line 238, the following words:- “; provided further, that a driver who is punished by a fine or by imprisonment in accordance with subsection (b) of said section 7 shall, after notice and a hearing, be suspended from operating as a transportation network driver for a period of not less than 6 months”.
