Late and cancellation fees

Ms. Donoghue moves to amend the amendment in section 6, by adding the following clause:-

“(xii) an examination of transportation networks’ policies on fees charged to riders for cancelled rides and occasions when the rider is late to meet a transportation network driver at the pre-arranged pick-up location.”.
