Collective Bargaining for TNC Drivers

Mr. Donnelly, Ms. L'Italien, Mr. Wolf Ms. Jehlen and Mr. Lewis move to amend the amendment by adding the following section:-

SECTION XX. For the purposes of chapter 150A, a transportation network driver, as defined in section 1 of chapter 159A½, shall be considered an employee and shall be afforded all of the rights of employees provided under section 3 of chapter 150A. Nothing in this section shall be construed to affect, limit or modify a transportation network driver from being considered an employee under section 148B of chapter 149.
