Public Safety Enhancement Driver ID Requirement

Mr. Tarr, Ms. L'Italien and Mr. OConnor move to amend the amendment by inserting after the word "certificate" in line 151, the following words:- "in a form prescribed by the division which shall include the name, picture of the driver and the license plate number of the vehicle in use"
