Prohibiting Cash Tips

Mr. Keenan and Ms. L'Italien move to amend the amendment by striking the definition of "Tip" in lines 47 and 48, and inserting in place thereof the following definition:-

""Tip", a sum of money designated through a credit card payment given by a rider as acknowledgement for the provision of transportation network services."; and further by inserting after the word "application" in line 139 the words:- "and has a policy specifically prohibiting cash tips or gratuities"
