Equal Access for Individuals with Visual Disabilities

Ms. L'Italien moves to amend the amendment by striking, in line 143 the word "application." and inserting in place thereof the following words:- "application; and (ix) that the applicant shall establish a mechanism within the digital network application to enable consumers with visual impairments or other disabilities to alert the driver of such disability to better facilitate pickups when the consumer has difficulty seeing the car."
